About me

My name is Patricia Mills, and I am the Director of Eclipse Coaching. My background for the past 17 years, has been in marketing for many international companies. More than ten years ago I realised that I had more to offer and I wasn't living my life purpose. I began searching for a means to realise and live this purpose, dipping my toes into the waters of various disciplines until I found life coaching, or maybe life coaching found me!

Knowing that my life purpose is to make a positive difference to the lives of those I meet and to live my life with integrity, dynamism and passion, I retrained and qualified as a professional life coach with Europe's leading coaching school, The Coaching Academy. As part of my continuing professional development I regularly attend training courses and attend motivational talks and seminars. I am a member of the London branch of the Yesgroup, and a regular attendee at Find-Your-Voice 
motivational sessions.

My inspiration comes from many sources, I am an avid reader of
self help, personal and child development books. I have had many influences on my journey such as writers Les Brown, Louise Hay, Iyanla Vanzant, Florence Scovell Shinn, Amos Wilson, and
Dale Carnegie.

One of my biggest influences is Anthony Robbins. Unleash the Power Within is Anthony Robbins flagship seminar, which I first attended in March 2004. This seminar motivated me to make massive changes in my life. I now attend London events as a voluntary member of the Event Support Team.

I have written a feature on Work/Life Balance for Issue 5 of 
Start Your Business magazine, published in November 2005.

I currently host The Empowerment Show on www.klimaxxradio.com, every Tuesday evening from 8pm till 10pm.
